Q: When are bids due?
A: Bids will be filled on a rolling admission basis based on geographic diversity and strength of program. Bid payments are due by October 3rd, 2014. After that date, there will be a late fee of $50.00 assessed for each team that has not submitted their bid payment. Please check the bid section for more information.


Q: Will there be food at the site?
A: Not only will we have the standard fare of bagels, fruit and water, but we are also working with Panera, Clif Bar and other local food vendors to provide amenities, and we'll know more about this as the tournament approaches.

Q: Will there be concessions?
A: We are negotiating this and will update this site when we know more.

Q: Will there be tournament merchandise for sale?
A: Yes, there will be discs and Patagonia apparel for sale.

Q: Will there be a party?
A: We will be hosting the annual Patagonia Raffle at the Olympia Hotel (Tournament hotel) on Saturday night. .

Q: Is camping allowed at the fields?
A: Sorry, there is NO CAMPING at Milwaukee Polo Complex. However, we do have 2 camping sites reserved at Menomonee Park a few miles away. Check the hotels section for more information.

Q: Will there be a tournament hotel?
Yes - we've locked in a great deal with the Olympia Resort in Oconomowoc. Go to the hotels section for more information on how to book.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Dogs are also not permitted, please leave Rover at home.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We are currently working on back up fields in the case of rain. We'll let captains know more as we approach October.
